WSS Media endeavour to complete all tasks Monday to Friday during business hours. We usually monitor incoming tasks over the weekend, so we can call our experts for extra help if there is an urgent issue.

We address all tasks during working hours, Monday to Friday. We aim to complete all tasks within the same business day, usually within 8-10 hours. However, suppose you request a task over the weekend or later during the day. In that case, we typically attend to it on the first business day after that, unless we consider it urgent.

Yes, of course, we will help with any tasks you require sorted. Our support maintenance packages cover most small tasks; when you sign up, you will receive a list of tasks that fall outside the packages cover. Some tasks may be large and require us to provide you with a quotation for that particular request, but we will always advise before any work begins, so you are always in control.

As soon as you sign up for an appropriate plan, we will create a customer account and advise you of the estimated completion time. Each package has various time frames listed. In the event of an urgent issue, we will always contact you to advise the estimated completion time.

We endeavour to keep all of our clients’ happy, and for this, we have developed our Web Support solutions to manage only minor fixes and tasks. So, this means that 15-minute tasks are in range, but larger, more complex and laboured projects are out of range and may accrue a charge. If you have a project deemed out of range, we can provide you with a separate quote.
